Nolli Hair Co is a small-batch hair extension business run by Khadijah. This website is an order-request platform — it is not an online store. Submitting a purchase request does not guarantee product availability or constitute a binding purchase. Orders are confirmed offline by Khadijah directly.

When you submit a purchase request, Khadijah will contact you — typically within a few hours — to confirm availability, discuss details, and arrange payment. Payment is handled offline (Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer, or a method agreed upon directly). No payment is collected through this website.

Your order is only confirmed once Khadijah has explicitly confirmed it in writing (text or email). Submitting the form puts you in the queue; it does not lock in stock.

All products are described as accurately as possible, but because hair extensions are a personal care item sourced in small batches, exact sheen, density, and color may vary slightly between lots. Photos are provided for reference; Khadijah will discuss specifics with you before confirming your order.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on opened extensions. If you receive an item that differs materially from what was described and confirmed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

This website is for personal use only. You may not use it to scrape data, submit fake orders, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other customers. Misuse may result in your requests being blocked.

Nolli Hair Co is a small business operating in good faith. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or from product purchases beyond the value of the product itself.

We may update these terms as the business evolves. If you have an open order, the terms in effect when your order was confirmed apply to that transaction.
