What makes Nolli extensions different?
Every bundle is single-donor — meaning the hair comes from one person, not blended from multiple sources. That's why it moves together, takes color evenly, and looks natural instead of synthetic. Khadijah personally hand-matches texture, weight, and sheen against a physical swatch before every order ships.
How long do clip-in extensions last?
With proper care — gentle washing, air drying, and storing flat — clip-in extensions typically last 12 to 18 months of regular use. Human hair extensions respond to care the same way your natural hair does.
Can I color or bleach the extensions?
Yes. Because these are 100% human hair, they can be colored. We recommend going lighter with a professional colorist and doing a strand test first. Starting from a darker shade and lifting is more predictable than going darker and then trying to lift.
How do I place an order?
Fill out the buy form on this site — it takes about two minutes. Please allow 24 hours for processing. You will receive an email update.
How does payment work?
We accept bank transfer, Venmo, and Zelle. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation and arrive in 3–5 business days via standard shipping. Khadijah will share tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds. If you receive a product with a defect that was not identified during our quality inspection, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange an exchange.
Can I use heat on these extensions?
Yes — up to 350°F (175°C). Always use a heat protectant spray first. Avoid direct heat on the tape bonds (for tape-ins) or clip attachments. Lower heat and slower passes preserve the hair longer.
What length should I order?
A general guide: 14–16" reaches the collar or just below the shoulder. 18–20" reaches mid-back. 22–24" reaches the lower back. If you're adding volume rather than length, a shorter set blends easier. Khadijah can help you decide when she reaches out to confirm your order.
How do I wash and care for my extensions?
Wash gently in lukewarm water using a sulfate-free shampoo. Apply conditioner from mid-shaft to ends — avoid the roots or clip/tape area. Lay flat or hang to air dry. Avoid sleeping in clip-ins. Brush gently from ends upward with a wide-tooth comb.
What textures are available?
We currently carry Straight and Body Wave. More textures are in the works — follow @nollihairco on Instagram to see new arrivals first.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're exploring for the future.
